What if Romeo and Juliet had a much different ending? What if instead of dying, Juliet went on a journey to discover who she is on her own and become who she was meant to be? This jukebox musical is an audience favorite and unlike most shows of the genre it uses songs to tell the story rather than pausing it, which explains why it lands with both theater fans and pop fans. The show is designed for multigenerational audiences, but the official age recommendation is for age 8 and up, with teens and tweens especially enjoying the music and humor. This show is particularly great for first-time Broadway goers.
