Once you’ve uttered these words, it is really hard to go backwards! Adding efficiency to your life with electronics and appliances that make everyday tasks just a little bit easier is not to be underestimated. I have three kids and now that they are home for summer full time I am looking to simplify and streamline any and everything I can!
I attended Mom 2.0 Summit in Los Angeles earlier this month and was lucky enough to win a Google Home Mini from the Best Buy Blogger Suite (thanks Google!). While there I learned all about LG’s Smart Appliances and the amazing capabilities I could access from the Google Mini or even through the SmartThinQ® app on my phone.
Part of my journey with attending this conference was to figure out what direction I want to go with this space. It has been a little bit all over the place and because my family loves Disney I tend to write mostly about that. I’ve decided to reevaluate and get a fresh start going into the summer. One of the biggest things that I have decided to really dive in on is utilizing the amazing technology available through LG appliances to help me get through my days a bit easier so I can write more. I am going to value what I like to do and what helps me be the best mom I can be. I need all the help I can get! So I started learning about the things Best Buy has to offer that could help me be more efficient as a mom.

These smart appliances make life easier. How amazing that as many times as I speak out loud in my house and nothing seems to happen I can have someone finally listen to me? Ha ha!! LG’s exclusive Matte Black stainless steel combines the timeless look of stainless steel with a luxe & low-gloss matte finish that compliments any kitchen décor. We just remodeled our kitchen two years ago, but I love the idea of adding the Black Matte appliances to our kitchen (especially considering all of the sticky hands!).

Or even better: receive SmartThinQ® app notification that your dryer cycle has finished!! Say what?! LG washers and dryers with SmartThinQ® technology will change the way you do laundry. You can start and stop wash cycles remotely, get updates when laundry is done and even receive reminders about scheduled maintenance. Can you imagine the time and energy saved with this technology in your home? You can turn on the appliances as well as keep track via asking Google how much time is left or receive SmartThinQ® app notification that your wash cycle has finished directly on your phone or tablet.
